At Seasick Records, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your vinyl is damaged or defective, you can return it within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund or exchange.
Return Process
- 1.Verify Eligibility
Ensure your items are in their original condition and packaging; please note that opened records are only eligible for return if they possess a manufacturing defect.
- 2.Contact Support
Email our customer service team with your order number and a brief description of the issue to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- 3.Package Your Return
Securely pack the items in their original shipping mailer or a similar protective box to prevent warping or corner dings during transit.
- 4.Ship and Track
Affix the provided return label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping your tracking receipt until the refund is processed.
